Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct all sales efforts, establishing strategic sales goals in alignment with the overall company mission and vision.
  • Oversee the development of innovative manufacturing processes and technologies that optimize efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Identify, analyze, and develop new market opportunities and industries, driving expansion and diversifying revenue streams.
  • Foster and develop relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and strategic partners to bolster the company’s market position.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define comprehensive performance, growth, and financial health goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and efficiency across all aspects of the business.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Represent the company in business negotiations, at industry events, and in the press.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is required. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the precision parts manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence.
  • Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, including market dynamics, manufacturing processes, and emerging technologies.
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, particularly in sales strategy, innovation, and market expansion.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial principles and strategies that impact company performance.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement growth strategies in a competitive industry.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage a variety of responsibilities and shifts in priorities.
  • Experience working with an ERP system, as further integration of the current ERP System needs to be incorporated into operations.
