Sharon Hulce is celebrating 25 years in Executive Search. She founded ERG almost 20 years ago to transform the traditional way search was done. No longer would ERG just present resumes. Her firm would dedicate themselves to providing thought leadership on every level, ensuring successful hires for both the company and the individual. Sharon is proud of her 25 years of “transforming lives”.
Sharon has many proud accomplishments over her 25-year tenure. She is a Forbes published author of “A Well Done Professional Midlife Crisis” available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble and the like. She is a TEDx speaker and is a highly sought after speaker inside and outside her industry.
Sharon was recently awarded the 2020 Management Recruiters International (MRI) Person of the Year. This award is given to a single MRINetwork member who made the greatest contribution to the network during 2019, worthy of recognition as “MVP” of the network. She has been a Top Ten Owner of the Decade, having personal billings over $20 million.
Sharon is also a Board Member of The Pinnacle Society, The Premier Consortium of industry leading recruiters in America.
Sharon is very passionate about her community. She has been active on many boards and was a 2019 recipient of the Walter L. Rugland Community Service Award. This award recognizes an individual who over many years has positively impacted the quality of life in the Fox Cities through their leadership. ERG’s gift to the community is its transformation of the non-profit community, having conducted over 75 leadership searches pro-bono.
Cal has over ten years of experience in recruiting. His diverse background of working with both the clients and candidates has enabled him to locate the most talented and passionate candidates that align with a company’s mission and culture. He loves meeting new people (always with a smile!) and helping them turn their heart’s desires into reality. Cal never meets a stranger!
Cal is a proud United States Navy veteran, having served our country in various leadership roles.
Outside of work, he and his wife, Amy, have their hands full with three daughters and a son. The family loves outdoor activities, traveling, playing games, and watching movies – popcorn is a must! If he gets personal time, Cal enjoys physical fitness, listening to music – even singing a few notes out loud (we catch him doing this), and trying all kinds of new foods whenever he can, a true foodie at heart.
Over the past decade, Cameron has directed the marketing, web, video and creative efforts for several Minor League Baseball teams, a well-known Wisconsin music festival and two NCAA universities. As ERG's creative director, Cameron is the voice behind the brand, helping to stay connected to clients and candidates across the country. Cameron is a thought leader in the marketing space and if you like something ERG produces, you can be pretty sure Cameron’s creative mind is behind it!
Cameron and his beautiful wife Jenn and daughter Aubrey live in Neenah. As a family, they enjoy exploring the Wisconsin outdoors, doing puzzles and cheering on the Green Bay Packers!
With over twenty years of experience in the accounting field, Sue has worked in a variety of disciplines in her career including Tax, Cost Accounting and Financial Accounting. For the past fourteen years, Sue has served as an adjunct accounting instructor at Lakeland University. Her true passion is found in the role of a Financial Controller because “every day brings a new challenge”.
Outside of work, Sue loves to travel and can often be found planning her next trip to an exotic overseas location. She is extremely proud of her time as a member of the United States Army, which included a tour in Iraq during Operation Desert Storm.
Pam is a recognizable figure to many due in part to her illustrious career as a multimedia leader, including her time with Gannett USA TODAY Network-Wisconsin, where she served as Regional President over 10 Northern Wisconsin newspapers.
Most recently, Pam served as the Senior Vice President of Advertising and Marketing at the Chicago Sun-Times. Additionally, Pam was in Sales and Marketing leadership roles at the Chicago Tribune, Minneapolis Star Tribune, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the San Francisco Chronicle. Having hired, led and retained staff for many years, Pam brings a great understanding of how employers can find and engage their team to greatness, even in the most difficult of industries.
Pam's recruiting and hiring history has involved over 2,500 placements throughout her career, while personally developing the highly successful teams she has led. While at Hearst Corporation, she joined the San Francisco Chronicle in building a Digital Media Services team, specifically serving small to midsize business owners. This effort involved recruiting and hiring over 200 new employees in the very first year of this entrepreneurial start-up.
During her extensive career in multimedia, Pam has created a nationwide network of some of the top C-Suite leaders in publishing, sales and advertising, marketing, finance, journalism, major retail, sports marketing, non-profits and human resources. This robust list of connections includes organizations such as Hearst, Gannett USA Today Network-Wisconsin, Kohl's, Mariano's, Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Bears, Festival Foods, ThedaCare, Advocate Aurora Health, Bellin Health, Macy's and Target - just to name a few!
Pam has a passion for serving and supporting philanthropic organizations and has been a board member for Make-A-Wish Wisconsin and Chicago, ABCD: After Breast Cancer Diagnosis, United Way, the Trout Museum of Art and Children’s Minnesota Hospital - Minneapolis.
In addition to her love of hiring and developing high-performing teams, Pam also enjoys spending time with her wonderful family. She is married to Dave, a retired Los Angeles city firefighter/paramedic, who is now a phlebotomist. Pam and Dave have two daughters and one son and are extremely proud of the adults they have become. Their older daughter, Samantha works for World Relief in Sacramento, California and younger daughter, Christina is a paraprofessional high school counselor in Fort Collins, Colorado. Pam and Dave's son, Hans is a successful recruiter in Milwaukee. Hans and his wife, Laura have two young boys, James and Charlie. When not hard at work transforming companies, Pam enjoys cooking, travel, music, theater and is a total film fanatic - boasting a personal DVD collection of every Oscar-winning film since 1929, which was the very first Academy Awards.
Jeff is our resident expert in all things construction. Jeff worked for sixteen years as an architectural sales consultant in the construction industry. He has vast knowledge working with general contractors, subcontractors, project managers, architects, superintendents, etc. Similar to the people he worked with in the industry; Jeff understands that hard work, integrity, truth and honesty are keys to success.
Jeff uses his down-to-earth, honest approach with people to help them take the next steps in their career goals. By having a sincere interest in making a difference in people’s lives, he has helped to place people in new positions that have been life changing for them.
When Jeff is not recruiting talent at ERG, he enjoys time spent with his family, golf, riding motorcycles and cheering on the Green Bay Packers and Badger sports teams.
Brooke has close to ten years of experience in full cycle recruitment and human resources, with an emphasis on manufacturing and technical roles. In addition to recruiting, Brooke has over 4 years’ experience in talent marketing and social media management. Brooke is passionate about ERG's commitment to taking the time to fully understand the clients' needs in order to find the best match for a role. She is a firm believer in finding the RIGHT person for the RIGHT job. She enjoys being active in the community by volunteering with Future Neenah, having served as a past member of their Board of Directors.
Outside of the office, Brooke enjoys spending time with friends and family. She loves traveling, jet skiing, listening to music and hanging out with her dog, Bella.
Jessica has spent most of her career in the education sector and is a true people-person at heart. Never afraid to strike up a conversation with anyone, she prides herself on being fully approachable and transparent. She truly enjoys meeting and learning more about people from every walk of life and where their true passions lie. As a recruiter, Jessica's number one focus is to learn everything she can about her clients' workplace culture, as well as their "must-haves" so she can perfectly match candidates with similar goals and desires to ensure her placements are a win-win for everyone!
Outside of the office, you can find Jessica involved in a number of creative endeavors, most likely sculpting or throwing pottery on her potter's wheel. She also enjoys traveling, gardening and building large-scale LEGO models/cities with her husband, Alan.
Anne has enjoyed a very successful career in the manufacturing industry, serving in roles that provided extraordinary customer service and delivery of key messages through marketing. Her desire to make lasting connections, get to know people as individuals and continually transform lives is what inspires her as a recruiter.
She is an active member of the community, volunteering her time with groups focused on assisting those in housing crisis, Angel Tree Prison Ministry and as a lay member of her church.
Outside of the office, Anne enjoys gardening, hiking park trails and visiting wineries with her husband, John.
Prior to joining ERG, Jolene enjoyed a successful career in retail leadership and sales. After quite some time in that space, she is happy to share she is finally living out her dream job as an executive recruiter helping others grow and achieve the pinnacle of success in their careers. One of Jolene's greatest achievements during her career has been through her networking, which has allowed her to build meaningful long-lasting relationships with hundreds of professionals throughout the Fox Valley and beyond.
When she is not helping others achieve their dreams, Jolene is extremely active as a Wisconsin Patient Ambassador for the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research. As an Ambassador, Jolene helps newly diagnosed patients and their families find the resources necessary to help them get the best care and support possible.
Jolene is also very active with several animal rescue groups and she enjoys gardening, crafting and spending time with her best friend researching genealogy.
Allison is ERG’s “Swiss Army Knife”! Responsible for sourcing, IT, metrics, training and culture, she spends her days working hard behind the scenes to ensure the entire team has what they need to be successful. Whether it’s searching for the high quality, professional and qualified candidates that clients have come to expect from ERG, putting together engaging employee trainings, organizing fun team building events, managing spreadsheets or fixing computers, Allison is never short on things to do!
Allison and her husband, Kholten, have both served in the military. She serves as a Lieutenant in the Army Reserves as a Human Resources Officer and appreciates the great opportunity she’s had to serve her country thus far. She takes pride in utilizing her leadership and interpersonal skills to ensure that her soldiers are always trained and prepared for anything.
In their free time, Allison and her husband enjoy hiking, watching movies and spending time with their families!
Laina is amazing at first impressions! If you call ERG, say hello – you’ll know it’s her because she is so friendly – we constantly get compliments on this!
Laina helps provide administrative support to ensure proficient office operations. She also supports the team through a variety of responsibilities including researching, editing and preparing presentations.
In her spare time, Laina loves reading and drawing. She is a social butterfly, has never met a stranger and loves spending time with friends and family.
Ashlynn has spent the majority of her career as the creative mind behind an NCAA Division III athletic program, leading the social media, video and multimedia operations for more than a dozen different sports. She also brings a wealth of marketing knowledge and innovative storytelling thanks in part to her time with a Minor League Baseball team and traveling golf organization.
Ashlynn has a strong background in creating visual content for social media and developing brands across platforms. She firmly believes in building connections through the digital landscape and is passionate about bringing to life the stories of each client and candidate.
Outside of the office, you can find her playing a round of golf or hiking the local trails. She enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
Katie is the PR & Communications Specialist at ERG. After working with the team for over six summers, she is excited to be able to work in this new role for the firm. Katie's previous internships have included writing for the leadership and development department at Miron Construction, as well as Content Writer for Women’s Adventure Travels.
Katie is a senior at St. Norbert College, studying Business and minoring in English and Leadership Studies. She is in the Honors Program and has consistently been on the Dean's List. Aside from the Honors Program, Katie is currently involved as a staff writer for the Honors Pulse, Diversity and Inclusion Chair for Delta Phi Epsilon, Greek Honors Society Order of Omega, as well as an active member in social group BIG at SNC. Previous years at SNC, Katie was in the freshman year Emerging Leaders Program and received the Exemplary Leadership Award that same year.
Katie has a tremendous passion for travel and writing. Her passion for travel has not only led her to create her own travel blog titled "Worth Every Mile", but also taking on a Road Trip Internship position at Pack Up + Go, an experiential travel firm. She also is a passionate community volunteer, having been active in volunteering for the Greater Green Bay Boys and Girls Club, SOAR and Riverside Gardens to name a few.
