Meet Our Team
Our team brings a wealth of experience and passion to executive search.
Sharon Hulce is celebrating 25 years in Executive Search. She founded ERG almost 20 years ago to transform the traditional way search was done. No longer would ERG just present resumes. Her firm would dedicate themselves to providing thought leadership on every level, ensuring successful hires for both the company and the individual. Sharon is proud of her 25 years of “transforming lives”.
Sharon has many proud accomplishments over her 25-year tenure. She is a Forbes published author of “A Well Done Professional Midlife Crisis” available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble and the like. She is a TEDx speaker and is a highly sought after speaker inside and outside her industry.
Sharon was recently awarded the 2020 Management Recruiters International (MRI) Person of the Year. This award is given to a single MRINetwork member who made the greatest contribution to the network during 2019, worthy of recognition as “MVP” of the network. She has been a Top Ten Owner of the Decade, having personal billings over $20 million.
Sharon is also a Board Member of The Pinnacle Society, The Premier Consortium of industry leading recruiters in America.
Sharon is very passionate about her community. She has been active on many boards and was a 2019 recipient of the Walter L. Rugland Community Service Award. This award recognizes an individual who over many years has positively impacted the quality of life in the Fox Cities through their leadership. ERG’s gift to the community is its transformation of the non-profit community, having conducted over 75 leadership searches pro-bono.
Jenny has over eighteen years in Executive Search. She currently manages the office at ERG along with her duties as Executive Administrator for Sharon Hulce. Her knowledge of the business is unparalleled and she is instrumental in the shortlist process of each client.
She enjoys working behind the scenes to make sure every client and candidate has the information needed to successfully complete their search. Organization and multitasking are Jenny's strengths. Tapping into these skills, Jenny provides outstanding service to colleagues, clients and candidates as an efficient and effective resource for information at any step during the search process.
Jenny has been married to her husband Mike for 37 years. They enjoy traveling and like to travel to a new place each year. They also enjoy spending time with their grandson, Reece.
Chelsea has spent most of her career in sales and recruiting and her main focus at ERG is on the service industry. Chelsea’s ultimate goal is to truly understand every candidate she interacts with to get the “full picture” - all the way from their work history, to where their true passions lie and how she can help get them there!
Spending time with her other half, Chris and her family are on the top of her list for fun. She loves trying new restaurants, being up north and meeting new people – Chelsea never meets a stranger! A recent passion the past few years has been spending time at the family cabin up north and enjoying their new boat and life “on the lake”. She also is a coffee connoisseur!
Jim’s role at ERG is to understand the needs of the clients and to work with his ERG teammates to find just the right talent for the client’s business and strategic vision. Jim has more than twenty-five years’ experience in providing outstanding client service. This experience assists Jim in quickly assessing and understanding culture and the benefit of just that right fit.
Jim understands first-hand the work ethic and passion it takes to excel at one’s craft. From his early days increasing circulation of his paper route to his tenure as an All-American football player at St. Norbert College to his winning a State Championship as a head football coach, Jim has the competitive drive of a winner. He also identifies these same traits in finding great talent for his clients. Jim’s philosophy is “Winners just know how to Win”.
Jim has many proud moments in his career, but the title he is most proud of is dad to his six children and grandfather to five grandchildren. Jim’s hobbies and passions include sports, outdoor activities, travel, and he plays a mean cribbage. As an extreme extrovert, he loves meeting new people.
Cool fact – Jim was awarded a free agent tryout with the Houston Oilers – but was unsuccessful when he attempted to take out Earl Campbell. Probably not one of his better decisions.
