Employment Resource Group Inc. (ERG), headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin was chosen by Forbes for their annual list of the top 200 executive search firms. ERG ranked #144 on the list out of 30,000+ firms nationwide. This list honors firms that specialize in filling position with salaries of at least $100,000.

To determine who is chosen for the list, Forbes partnered with marketing research company Statista, who surveyed 25,000 recruiters and 5,000 job candidates and human resources managers who had worked with recruitment agencies over the last three years. Respondents were asked to nominate up to 10 recruiting firms in the executive search category. Firms could not nominate themselves. More than 17,000 nominations were collected, and firms with the most recommendations ranked highest.
