Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, aligning it with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
  • Lead all financial departments, including accounting, finance, and budgeting, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements to the CEO, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting; direct all financial, project-based, and departmental accounting.
  • Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
  • Assess financial risks and opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee the company’s investment portfolio and asset management.
  • Ensure the company complies with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is required. CPA or CFA designation is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate financial law, and risk management practices.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed, risk-based decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive financial planning and strategy, manage profitability, and forecast results.

The Vice President of Finance is responsible for the financial health of the organization. They will lead the company’s financial business strategy, budgeting, and forecasting, and ensure regulatory compliance. They will manage all financial departments, like accounting and budgeting, and will report to the CEO. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial trends and regulations.
