• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 7+ years of previous experience in construction management or related fields.
• Experience in commercial or industrial remodel and new construction is preferred.

• Strong negotiating skills.
• Strong computer skills, emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Viewpoint.

• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Must be willing to travel when needed – the majority of projects are located within the Milwaukee area.
